Baby Storm

Matt's coworkers decided to throw him a baby storm--a baby "shower" sounded a little girly so they decided on a baby storm. We had so much fun celebrating this time with all the great people at Golden Umbrella. We feel so blessed to have such amazing and generous people in our lives. It was an evening filled with games, food, laughter, and love and we couldn't be more grateful!

Matt keeps talking about how he's going to bring baby to work in a Baby Bjorn. A couple of his coworkers decided to get him a shirt with a baby & Baby Bjorn (from the movie "The Hangover")


A REAL Baby Bjorn! Soon he'll have a real baby to go in it too! :)


How many people does it take to figure out how to put it together? :)




Looking through the book Sandi made (which made me cry). A collection of memories and pictures for baby of the last 7 years of our lives.

Matt and I played a diaper changing game where we could each only use one hand to work together to put the cloth diaper on the "baby."

    Matt and Jody,
    I'm so glad you had a fun time at the "Baby Storm". We all enjoyed it and had lots of laughs looking at the pictures. You two are going to be wonderful parents but I would watch how Matt picks up the baby, hopefully not by his ears! I can't wait to meet the little guy. God Bless you both.
